Proud to annouce our very own David Barrett as Ranger of the Year for 2025 NTRM (Nothern Territory Resourse Management) held in Darwin on the 19th of November. David has worked tirelessly out at Limmen River on Marra land, first as a ranger for Li-Anthawirriyarra Sea Ranger Unit (16 years), and then as a Chairperson, Project Officer and Coordinator for Namultja Marra. David is proof that if you want change, you have to persist, you have to push forward even if your goal does not seem to be in sight, and that every action is not made with just the present in mind, but the future, not just for you but for all those fighting for change alongside you. Thank you David, forever proud.
